He personally called the vendor, checked everything on his end, and guided me through the steps to correct my mistake. His patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. Rudy didn’t just do his job he went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. I’m extremely grateful for his support and the excellent customer service I received.
