Ordering was easy but I made an error in the color of a dog for a friend's birthday gift and upon contacting them, they corrected it immediately. They were on top of things and it was delivered when expected and I was very impressed with workmanship as I had ordered personal items for my family before. Would highly recommend this company and already have.

I ordered a sign with my pets on it. You didn't have a likeness of 1 of my dogs, but I sent a picture of her and one was created! I absolutely love my sign!!

This sign makes a great gift for any dog lover I ordered the 14 inch size and think it's a perfect size with room for three dogs.

Great customer service! They were very patient as I critiqued my custom order several time. I’ve ordered twice so far and really like the products I got. Will definitely order again

I ordered a personalized door hanger and it was damaged upon delivery. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent a replacement. The item featured my breed of dog and they had so many breeds and colors to choose from. I found ones that looked just like my dogs!
