Communication and sign = OUTSTANDING
Communication was GREAT from this company. I ordered a sign that was lost in the mail and the company sent another one. Took way longer than I wanted to receive, but not the fault of the company. Thankfully, they were very responsive and effectively helped solve the issue by making and sending a new one the moment I gave them the go ahead once I determined the USPS was even more useless than I first thought. Once I DID get the sign, IT IS AWESOME! Perfect size, great colors and overall look. I REALLY don't want to put it outside because it is SO nice and I don't want it to fade. May cover it with some weatherproofing material to keep it looking like new. Very impressed with it!
