Have never received my sign i ordered
Have never received my sign i ordered . I contacted them said they would get on it but still never received my sign . I placed my order at the end of July it is now the middle of September

Hate I have to give a bad review
Hate I have to give a bad review, But....I ordered a mamorial for my brother because his baby passed away. I waited..and waited.. and nothing, (2 weeks later) so I e-mailed customer service because there is no phone number to call, and they said it was lost in the mail...So I re-ordered, and waited..waited.. nothing. I Canceled, and I did receive a refund.

Scam. Don't trust this site.
Placed order and was told it would be printed and shipped in 4-6 days. I received order confirmation immediately after placing order but never received a tracking number. After 10 days and no tracking number I tried to send email through customer service and came back currently unavailable. I started checking their website and no phone number listed but a different email and street address. If you enter their address into maps app it shows a business called PostNet in a plaza located in Florida. Unless they are operating out of the back of this business the address doesn't even exist which leads me to believe it's a scam. I contacted PayPal and filled a claim for not receiving merchandise. They sent an email to Pawzity and did their investigation before refunding my money about 3 weeks after order was supposed to have arrived. I don't trust this company at all and glad I had used PayPal because I'm sure I would have been out over $100 spent. What email did you send it to because I never received any messages from you. Is there a number I can call for customer service because there seems to be a breakdown in communication texting?

However, we hope you can sympathize with us that when you placed your order with a note to edit the dog clip art, we sent you several emails but haven't received you response, so we could not process to send your order. And Paypal cancelled the transaction when it was out of expiry. It's a such a shame. We really hope to have one more chance to serve you. Please place your order again and send us your baby's photo so that we will quickly make it for you. Thank you so much for your sympathy!
