Since my second order which was four or five orders ago I have been signed up to have my dogs name and picture on his bag of food and every month it doesn’t happen. I have called you every month to fix the problem only to be told everything looks good on your end and it will be fixed the next order, the girl even waved my shipping fee last month because this problem had been going on so long. Guess what, just got another order last week and still no name or picture. I don’t know why you offer this very cute idea if you have no intention of following through with it

Our puppy 17 months old now was raised on your food from puppy to young adult..he is a Parti yorkie..my 13 yr. Old yorkie does very well with this food along with my 12 yr. Old Maltese..a bit expensive for my card each month but you get what you pay for..this by far is wonderful real food..

I love that my dog food is in resealable bags very convenient. Also, my dogs love all the different varieties.

After having trouble placing my order online, I called and spoke with a very nice customer service representative who took care of everything for me. She told me when my order would be processed and how long it would take to get to me. My order arrived within the time that was indicated, well packed and complete. I will definitely order again.
