your customer service is always excellent. Everything gets accomplished. My only disappointment this time is that the 3 bags of dog food did not come with the personalized label like it usually does. I order 2 different recipes so it helps to have the correct label on it.

We love the product but the cost is becoming prohibitive. The bag is smaller and the price is 2x as much so we can’t get through 30 days with only one bag. We have to order twice a month. Also shipping is super slow.

We love PawTree! When we called for help with our Joint Relief tablets Customer Service picked up on the second ring and fixed our online order right away! The website and auto ship are so easy and we don’t have to lug heavy bags of dog food from the store to the car to the house!

My orders always arrive when they are supposed to and the products are always fresh!

Quick shipping, quality products

I started my 13-year old boxer on the raindrops supplement for senior dogs. This supplement is a little pricey compared to others but I have to say, it is the best! My boxer would go out for potty, do his business and come right back in. He seemed to have confusion after sleeping and just a general loss of interest. One week after starting on the supplement and he spends more time outside exercising and investigating. He is playful, interacts with me more and shows more interest in eating. He seems happier and appears like he is himself again. My second reorder took about 10 days to receive but I didn’t mind since it works so well I would just reorder sooner. I placed my fourth order on February 4th and after two weeks the status is still "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item." I contacted Pawtree twice and told they would get the order out the next day. The second attempt replacement order states "Printed." As of February 17th, I have yet to receive my order and I am very disappointed not to mention reluctant to order from them again. This would have been a five star review had it not been for the shipping issues and the fact that I still have not received my order.

We've fed our 5 month old goldendoodle, Sam, PawTree puppy food forever and he loves it! I love the amazing customer service. Even when I have made a mistake on my order, PawTree has fixed my error at no extra charge and they are always friendly and compassionate!
