Moving as a senior is hard enough and the application process, like everything else for those of us over 65, is NOT made easier, more affordable or convenient. Everything seems to be super complicated and more expensive as we age. But this was straight forward and easy to manage. I really appreciate it. I wish finding affordable housing was this easy. But at least I know I have documentation of my need for my service animal. Thank you so much.

They promise their refund if the landlord does not take their ESA letter and they didn’t. I ended up wasting money and plus pay for all the pet fees. This is not a legit service and The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) does not consider documentation obtained in this manner to be reliable and would not be sufficient enough for ESA. Be aware of scams!

I needed to renew my ESA and they did it so quickly. It truly was a seamless experience.

There is very much a lack of communication. I have tried to call customer service multiple times. When I do call, it goes straight to voicemail. I then receive a text message telling me to either text or email them the problem, even though I left them a voicemail. When I got someone to call me back and they were talking over me, laughing at my questions, and just being overall rude. In the state I live in there needs to be a 30 day waiting period before they can officially assign an ESA Letter. There’s been no communication about when I set up a time to talk to my provider about the ESA Letter. When I needed my provider to sign a document for the leasing agency I was then informed that would be an extra $40 after I already paid $120 to get my cats registered. Overall, I’m displeased with the communication with this company.

Great experience

We have 2 ESA animals and the price for the letters was a great help. A discount on the 2nd letter and thorough questioning by the therapist/counselor to allow a person to explain our situation and what a blessing the animals are as ESA.

The turnaround time to get the letter was a life saver! The letter has been submitted to my leasing office so Maxx can stay! I will definitely refer my friends if they ever find themselves in my situation.
