I made a purchase and did not realize that it was a subscription. My dog does not seem to need this anymore so I'm keeping the one bottle but canceled the other auto ship. I simply emailed and was told that my order would be canceled. Good customer service

THE company was honest and refunded my money.

I had an extremely quick response from customer service, the product didn’t agree my dog, and I emailed them and they cancelled any further orders, and are refunding my money from my first purchase. I wish every company was so understanding and help quickly. I’m happy that I told friends who have dogs to try this product, I just hope that it can help their dogs.

Pawsy Labs have best products. My dogs don’t mind nails getting filed down with nail grinder. Recommend their product 100%. 😁
