I just ordered products and didn't realize I was on an autoship. I received an email saying they couldn't get money out of my account.I immediately sent an email and they resolved this issue promptly. Excellent customer service, so far my dog is doing well on the products 👍 Thank you

Could have been made clearer for the cancellation process. Quick to get back to me though. Also it was not made clear that it was a monthly order when I first ordered.
