Pawsy Labs has charged me 96.00+ for parasite drops for the past three months. At my advanced age, I had no idea I was underwriting a subscription which involves sending me three bottles at a time. I have one dog. Who in the world needs 9 bottles of ANY product in 3 months? Dubious business practice at best. Instagram is getting notorious for allowing these shadow subscriptions to continue and a less savvy digital customer is unknowingly roped in. Shame!

I put an order in on August 16th for 1 bottle of Parasite Cleanse Drops. I would have loved to try this product however I have not received the product after 17 days! My Tracking has never moved from 'Order Ready'. I have been in touch with the support team with several emails going back & forth, however my order still has not left the warehouse. Although they are replying, nothing is being done. Very disappointing to say the least & just not good enough! EDIT - Finally received my order - tracking still a mystery as it never worked. Support was as helpful as they could be & always did respond to my emails - so thank you for that.

Never received the order after 4 emails chasing

keep auto shipping 3 bottles and it is taking months to stop it. Never enrolled in auto ship and they keep hitting my card every month. Had to put a stop payment since past calls and emails did not work. Very fishy practices

Don’t deal with Pawsy. I have no idea if the parasite cleanse works. Due to their behavior as a company I now don’t trust it. NO SUPPORT. Nobody to help stop a hidden subscription setting that has inundated me with unwanted product. 3 bottles every 2 weeks. No way on portal to stop it. The support number says send an email and we will cancel subscription. Nope. Emails go unanswered - product keeps coming. No return email - no call back. THIS IS AN OFFSHORE SCAM COMPANY. Look elsewhere!!
