Pawshake apparently closed ur profile if uve been inactive (no money going in to them I presume). One day i asked them to reactivate my profile but the answer i got was they decide to close my profile for good. The reason? They said “Our Success team have been reviewing your case and unfortunately, we do not think you are a good fit for Pawshake. As such, your profile will remain closed.” Didnt tell the reason why specifically “I am not a good fit”. All i did “wrong” that I could think of was being inactive for more than 6 months cuz hey I got a full time job. Boy! In this day and age, such a company that receives many stars can act this way? And they call themselves “success team”? Cant work out something nicer / discuss in a way that both team has a win win? I scratch my head.

Erika, our cat sitter from paw shake was very friendly, took down all notes we asked her to do. She kept our cats company, and made them feel relaxed. When we returned they weren't stressed at all. Erika's very professional in her work, and very trustworthy. If all the cat sitters in paw shake are like her, then I highly recommend anyone from paw shake.

Pawshake is such a revolutionary service. Iy gives you total peace of mind when on holiday and forced to leave your pup behind. We found an awesome pet sitter who took extra care of our doggy. Also, we were totally enjoying ourself thinking that the entire stay was covered by a special insurance. Thanks guys!

We had an excellent experience using the app. We found a great sitter who really connected with our boys. She can over for a pre-booking meet and it was splendid. She provided pictures and periodic updates. We will definitely use Pawshake again!

Twee weken vakantie terwijl je een net ziek geworden hond thuis achterlaat bij een nieuwe oppas. Nou geweldig, we hadden zelf niet beter voor de hond kunnen zorgen! Heel zorgzaam, handelend en doorpakkend waar nodig. Ze is ook nog diverse keren naar dierenarts en specialist gegaan. Patty van Pawshake is een steun en toeverlaat gebleken die in nauw overleg met ons heel nuchter en betrokken het allerbeste voor de hond deed. Ze gaf pillen en dwangvoeding toen dat nodig was. Verder is pawshake een organisatie die behalve betrouwbare oppassen ook nog heel leuke tips geeft over honden en katten. Een absolute aanrader!!

Helena looked after our special little chap recently, she was absolutely amazing and he loved her immediately which is always a good sign! We look forward to being able to have Helena look after MacTavish again soon! Highly recommended!
