Appaling company. We had to go up north to family last minute as an emergency and our regular cat sitter wasnt available. The lady we got in stole from us as we had a box of 30 Whiskers Sachets. When we returned home, there was 9 in the box. Her excuse was she gives empty packets to Animal Charities which makes no sense but even worse she was asked to look after our two kittens and old boy who is 9. Our 9 year old boy hasnt been seen for two weeks and the neighbours believe she chased him away. She didn't even leave a note to tell us he hadn't been home for days. It was only when we questioned her that she admitted it. On the last day we were charged for two visits instead of only one and worst of all, the review we left has been erased. I dont know how people like this are allowed to look after animals. I will never use this site again.

Dealing with Pawshake and the sitter who took care of our pet, has been easy & a pleasure. I suggest that pet-owners meet a few prospective pet-sitters, visit them preferably with you pet, and if possible leave your pet with the sitter for a couple of hours to see how it goes. We met four potential pet-sitters & followed this method, and eventually found the right pet-sitter who looked after my pet with the utmost care. PawShake’s insurance is an incentive for those looking for a more secure experience. I found it easy to communicate with PawShake via their App, and their response time was good. I thank & highly recommend PawShake for their professional & personalised service.

Made 2 bookings with same sitter. Both cancelled by sitter, the latest one within 4 days of holiday. Makes them unreliable. Wont be using them in future.

During my holiday I was able to relax as i knew that a responsible person was looking after my cats. As a doting furr daddy that is the priority one when I arrange to leave home once a year.

This is a great website if you are looking for someone to take care of your pets. I have only had good experiences from using the app and although there are a few more things they could do to make it a little more user friendly, the response from customer service is really quick when you need assistance and in most cases the issues have been resolved effectively with positive feedback.

Prosessen er beskrevet slik at man vet hva man kan forvente. Når vi i tillegg fant en dyrepasser som er helt super, er det ikke noe problem å gi Pawshake mine beste anbefalinger.
