Happy cats
Used it every time we had to leave our cats home alone and we were always very happy with the sitters and how they took care of our 8-yr old shorthairs.

Excellent cat-care.
We have had cat-lovers from Pawshake twice to take care of our cat while we were away for a week. Our cat is rather shy and do not go to strayers, easily. In both cases, she did bond to the people who came and fed her. We got pictures every day, showing the cat, safe and happy.

Great service from one of the lovely…
Great service from one of the lovely pet sitters at Pawshake. Organising the whole thing (at short notice) was made very easy. The only difficulty was with the website, which doesn’t allow you to book for half a day. Love that the potential sitter comes out to be ‘vetted’ by the the potential client before booking. Really well thought out system, (other than the above mentioned platform issue), that works like a dream. Pawshake’s service made my trip away worry free.

Pawshake provided an excellent service…
Pawshake provided an excellent service and a top quality catsitter. I needed help finding a particular sitter and the customer service team were responsive and proactive. The sitter herself was also very responsive and also helped me navigate the booking system (it turns out the website is not keen on Internet Explorer, like many others). The sitter came out to do a house visit before committing either of us to using the service and asked lots of sensible questions. Whilst we were away, she sent lots of photos and updates to assure us our cat was in safe hands. Payment arrangements are secure and the sitter only receives the money once she has completed the booking. On current experience I could not recommend them highly enough.

we vonden het best wel spannend: iemand in je huis die je niet kent en je huisdier (1 kat) verzorgt. Onze verwachtingen zijn overtroffen door onze oppas en we zijn blij dat zoiets als Pawshake bestaat.
