Pawshake made leaving my dog behind while going away a little easier. Charlie really enjoyed his walks with Crystal. It was easy to organise and Charlie and I were able to meet crystal beforehand which helped me feel comfortable knowing Charlie was going to well looked after. Payment is arranged through pawshake so if a day is missed, the walker doesn’t get paid for that day as they get paid after the period of time they are booked. Overall very happy.

Easy to use and see reviews of sitters. Great to see which ones also have repeat customers and photos

We've found a couple of good house/pet sitters through Pawshake. They have been reliable and sent regular updates which always puts our minds at rest. The site is easy to navigate and finding and booking someone is straight forward.

Michelle looked after our boy Leeny while we moved. He came back a happy relaxed boy. Michelle was great easy to book with and very accommodating😊 I would definately reccomend Michelle and Paw shakes services.

Everything started out really well, I found the whole process easy to use and found a fantastic local cat sitter. I paid the full amount (£144) but last Friday, over a week before the cat sitter’s first visit I had to make the devastating decision to have my cat put to sleep. I immediately contacted my sitter and Pawshake customer services to cancel, it’s now a week later, I have sent a further two emails and not had as much as an acknowledgment, let alone a refund. It seems that everything is fine with Pawshake as long as things don’t go wrong. Having to deal with the sadness and stress of loosing a much loved pet isn’t helped by the lack of customer service and the inability to cancel a booking and receive a refund.

Prima geregeld Goede afspraken kunnen maken die ook uitgevoerd worden . Wij gaan er in elk geval vaker gebruik van maken .
