I don't have any complaints about…
I don't have any complaints about Pawshake. I found an excellent sitter for my cat. Sophie came round to my flat twice a day to play with Loki. She sent pictures and kept in touch. No issues at all. The process of booking her in and sorting out payment was easy. Will definitely be using Sophie and Pawshake again.

This service is a lifesaver
This service is a lifesaver. My sitter not only confirmed my last minute request but she was absolutely a charm to deal with. She provided constant contact, sent a ton of pictures daily and fed my pet his medication as intended. I'm so happy services like this exist today! Will be using again definitely.

Pawshake is een fantastische manier om een oppas voor je huisdier te vinden! Gebruiksvriendelijke app die je in een paar simpele stappen brengt naar je ideale oppas voor een dagdeel of voor meerdere dagen. Wij hebben via pawshake verschillende opassen voor onze hond gevonden en hebben alleen maar positieve ervaringen.

very disappointing experience
here is my very disappointing experience with Pawshake. when I hired someone on pawshake to look after my dog , my dog got bitten due to negligence. I did not blame Pawshake or the sitter but paid for the vet bill and reimbursed the sitter. when I was a sitter on pawshake, I had a difficult guest who did not even show up for a confirmed meet and greet and blamed me for everything unreasonably . His dog damaged something and he did not want to pay for it . At last, the owner paid only partially and I thought it was settled. I have taken care of their dog very well and performed reasonable duty of care. However, pawshake called the owner and asked me to refund because they think it was all my fault. As a good gesture I did refund the guest but only to find my account was inactive. I complained about it and in the end my account was suspended or cancelled. Instead of being fair and mitigating the issue, they took sides and made the issue worse after me providing all the details and images. I do not recommend it to anyone who is a owner or sitter.
