Our puppy was perfect and in great health. There was some confusion about vaccines he received prior to his arrival (according to our vet some were administered too early and had to be repeated), but that was really the only problem. I also think it would be helpful to clarify about the microchip process as we had a bit of confusion on that as well, but Emily was responsive and eventually it was cleared up. The transport company did a great job; Rocky was clean and happy upon his arrival and they were great with providing all his paperwork. Pawrade provided us with specific guidelines to assist us in preparing for his arrival and it was very helpful. I hope everyone’s experience is as great as ours! We love our Rocky very much; he’s already an irreplaceable part of the family!

My experience was very good, be communication was very timely whether it be text or email or through a phone call I was contacted right away and my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Got my dog in less than 2 weeks and we love him he's adorable.

Purchased a Blue Chihuahua from this company and picked him up on Dec 29th 2025. By February 19th 2026 (not even 2 full months later) to find out by our local veterinary that the dog has hereditary mange and the puppy had a huge breakout of it on his forehead leaving multiple spots effected where there is no longer hair. The vet stated to us specific this was in his genes and passed on from one of his parents and that our dog we bought from Pawrade will now have to be on meds for the rest of his life. This company is a bunch of liars and refuse to take accountability in this matter basically telling us too bad so sad. It’s such a disgrace to treat people like this and operate a scam of a company. We will be looking to take further legal steps in this process and even if the outcome isn’t favorable I hope the bad reviews and all the posts I will be making on other social media sites will at least alert other NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Stay far away and use a reputable breader.

My dog came with a Level 4 Giardia Parasite though I paid $250.00 for the noise to tail vet inspection prior to her being released for her journey to me. The vet paperwork even shows there was a fecal test and it was negative. I find this hard to believe that the puppy all of sudden got this parasite from the time the vet did the fecal test on 2/3 and I received her on 2/12. I took the puppy the very next after her arrival to my vet and this was their findings. Somehow or somewhere, she picked up this virus between the time range above and Pawrade needs to figure that out on their end.

Made it easy for me to get my puppy. I am older and modern technology and I don't always get along, they helped me and walked me thru it 💓💕💓💕

I really appreciated being able to reach a friendly helpful person when I had questions about the somewhat involved process of adopting a puppy through Pawrade. I definitely appreciate the lengthy rules and instructions to insure the care and safety of the puppies.

The concierges were very helpful in getting the contracts signed for Tabatha and getting Tabatha from furry tails was very pleasant and helpful.
