I was pretty much told by Jen
I was pretty much told by Jen, the owner of Pawrade and her relative Morgan who helped with the process. They also seem to play good cop/bad cop. I could not have a refund after I was told the dog had an umbilical hernia which was touted as a “small problem” by people that are not even medical professionals. I was told that upon a condition I could cancel and have a refund being that I’m a first time owner and don’t want to fall into a money pit. May I add this was the day before Mason was supposed to be shipped. I cancelled right away and was never told by Morgan about a voucher which is what they want to offer me instead of a refund. I already bought a dog and have no need for this. Nobody suffers but me, I just wanted to warn others to tread with caution and use an Amex to purchase the dog if you dare.

Hi Adam, After the head to tail exam, we informed you that your puppy had a very very small hernia that the breeder was willing to correct at no charge. In fact, it is extremely common for puppies to develop a hernia which is normally taken care of by a Veterinarian during their spay / neuter appointment. We wish you would have taken heed to our advice and called your Veterinarian to confirm that what we were telling you was 100% medically accurate. We employ a Puppy First Approach which puts the health and interests of each and every puppy ahead of any human, including us. We will take your critical feedback with grace and work to find a solution to ensure even more transparency through education. *As a note, Jen is a manager at Pawrade. Morgan and Jen are not related in any manner.
