Every body at pawrade was very helpful in all the stages of purchasing my little miniature Schnauzer. And the delivery(by airline) was exceptional, along with the air nanny. I could have asked for a more easy way to get a dog. I would recommend everyone who was envolved with my purchase to all. The pup is doing fine, had him checked by local Vet here.

My dog came to me with a double ear infection and in pain. So much for the vet check before they are transported.

When we were looking for our new furry family member we happened to randomly come across Pawrade. I contacted them and they were so prompt with their responses. We knew what we wanted and when we found our goldendoodle it was such a seamless process. They made it so easy and communicated throughout the process down to financing, communication with breeder to me and traveling arrangements for our puppy to come home. Highly recommend.

First, we were not sure if it was a scam being scammed before. Not having the knowledge of the process brought up some insecurities and many questions. It turned out to be a group of courteous people helping to achieve a positive experience and a healthy puppy and not a scam. The prices and the shipping fee was stated upfront with no hidden fees or extra cost. The transportation with Steven Williams was great, he took care of the puppies like his own. We had a great experience with the breeder The breeder answered many questions to ease our mind during the process and the pup was up to date with vaccinations and in good health. Morgan from customer service was amazing she took the extra step to answer our questions and correct ownership papers in the computer and did a 3 way called with us with the breeder. TJ gave us ideas in how to purchase because NYS has restrictions for financing out of state animals. Alex was quickly on the ball to start the purchasing transaction. All in all everyone was really nice I would go through them for another pet. Casey did provide with preliminaries about the care of the pup. The biggest issue was next day pet and pet pay was not on the same page but we would still go through them for another pet. Now we have a lot more understanding about the process and look forward to purchasing again. To the buyers out out there still unsure, I hope this review will help you decide. We are happy with our new member of the family. What joy!

Our puppy is top quality and the process was so easy. We picked her up so I can’t comment on the shipping. They were very responsive when I asked for additional photos and a video. I was so skeptical but I couldn’t be happier with our new addition to the family.
