The Life360 app that followed the progress from breeder to my home was great. The fact that PetPay worked with the breeders and Williams delivery mad the process so much easier. Dealing with companies over the Internet is very stressful and PetPay made it so much easier. Our puppy is perfect in everyway and my wife loves this dog beyond measure. You couldn't do better than deal with Petpay.

Every person from start to finish made our adoption so easy. The communication/updates on the pups as they traveled was wonderful. Pawrade cares so much. Travel with a nanny went smoothly and he arrived has shown absolutely no effects from him long trip to our home. He is happy and healthy. Thanks for all you do!!!

I recently picked up a Pomeranian puppy from Posh Puppies Indiana through Pawrade. I spent time and money to fly out there, not to mention the $2000 for the pup. I was met at the airport by a "nanny" in a pick up truck - this guy, who knew nothing about the dog, who had me signing paperwork on the hood of his truck in 25° weather, snowing, with a damp puppy (from just being bathed!). So unprofessional, I have no words. In addition, the puppy looked absolutely NOTHING like the dog I had seen on Pawrade. This pup was tan, underweight, with skinny legs and little out turned feet - nothing like the dark, fluffy, straight legged puppy posted on line. I took her, of course, and already love her dearly. But I truly feet like this was a scam, a bait and switch, if you will, and so far, nearly 2 weeks later, Pawrade has done nothing but put me off in addressing this situation. I would warn people to be very careful with this method of purchasing a dog - I never met the breeder, and when I did talk briefly to her on the phone from the airport, there were a lot of excuses why my puppy looked so different - all of them questionable. It does not make me happy to write this, but this whole experience has just been so terribly upsetting, I felt like I had no choice.

The Pomeranian breed is well documented to experience drastic, rapid changes in coat color and complexion from birth to maturity. Your Pomeranian puppy is the exact puppy for which you purchased including an exact microchip match. You may Google "Pomeranian Coat Stages" or "Pomeranian Color Changes". Additionally, the Pomeranian breed hair growth is rapid. Therefore, rapid changes in complexion occur. We are sorry the nanny opted to meet you outside. However, these days due to Covid many people are taking extra precautions. You chose to have the puppy delivered to the nearest airport, therefore, you didn't have an opportunity to meet the breeder in person. You have been in contact with the breeder and were supplied her direct phone number to ask any questions. We are sorry you felt like this was a bait and switch and worthy of such a bad review of our services. That is against everything for which we stand for. We protect both parties including the puppy. We will make a note to better educate our customers how certain breeds experience significant changes in coat color.

This little fur baby is precious. she has already wrapped herself into everyones heart. She potties outside every time we take her, and sometimes inside too. She couldn't be sweeter, smarter, or more loving. Her big sissy ( 2 years old) lost her big sister a month or so ago, and she loves having a little sister to run and play with again. We miss our older baby but this new one is a delight and helps the pain of the loss we experienced.

We went with Pawrade due to the positive reviews online for the purpose of getting our first family puppy. I'm so glad we did! The process went smoothly, puppy arrived yesterday morning and is thriving! Vet said she looks perfectly healthy. Pawrade communicated in a timely manner and answered all my questions. The insurance and health guarantee are a great plus as well as the fact that at 13 weeks she already came fully vaccinated and micro chipped. Thank you Pawrade!
