I would have given five stars but Banjo’s I didn’t get (what I’d consider) fair warning about his delivery date. Apparently once I secured his 30 day health Insurace policy, it must have initiated a delivery action. I did have to cancel an over-night stay with an out of town friend to be home for Banjo’s delivery.

Smooth process from start to finish. Love my new maltipoo baby! Took him to vet day after we received him and vet was "impressed" at his condition. He was obviously well taken care of. Pawrade was exceptional! Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

We had been looking for a Boston Terrier for some time. I literally stumbled on to the Pawrade site. Once there I found and fell head over heals in love with Lorelei (now Gypsy). We were a little concerned about buying a puppy online because so many things could have gone wrong. However, everyone we dealt with from the first person we spoke with until we received our new fur baby at the airport were professional, helpful, informative, and thorough. We would not hesitate to purchase another puppy from Pawrade.

Finding a puppy on pawrade was relatively easy. The tricky part was getting consistent follow up or feedback on what to expect and when. It was the holidays and I know that time of year can be dicey, but I was the one consistently asking when and what was happening. When I reserved my puppy, the idea was to have a flight nanny bring him from Texas to Washington, however, none could be located so I ended up making the trip myself. It wasn’t ideal but after everything, it turned out fine and our puppy is amazing. He is well bred, cuddly, smart, affectionate and will make a great family pet. We are already in love!
