Morgan was great to work with and the transport team Galen and Rita went above and beyond in getting Bruno (formerly known as Duke) to us in timely manner, delivering him two days early, which was a huge surprise for us! They maintained contact with us from the minute they left until the minute they arrived at our home. It was a cross country drive for them and anytime I texted for an update, I got a text back immediately as to their location and a screenshot of the map on their phone to show where they were at. They let me know each time they stopped to let the pups out for water and feeding and to use the bathroom, when they stopped driving for the night, when they started driving again for the day, and most importantly, how Bruno was doing the entire time. They are the kindest people and truly care about not only the puppies, but also the new puppy parents, and people in general. They are good hearted people and I’m so thankful they drove Bruno to us.

Pawrade 🐾 is excellent! Every step of the way the entire team was reassuring and helpful. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a pup. Our little girl is healthy, happy and very playful! The steps to bringing her home were easy and Pawrade made the experience perfect.

I have never used a 3rd party service to purchase a bet before, so I was a little hesitant at first. I found a puppy that was 9 hours away, and was a bit nervous about committing so much time and money without any in-person communication. As soon as you start looking, the people at Pawrade are with you every step of the way. The travel liaison was great making me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. I was able to communicate with the breeder and discuss my preferences and they made me feel very comfortable and confident. If you find an animal you’d like to bring into your home, you can feel secure knowing Pawrade will be there to help.

My experience was awesome . I was kept informed of everything that needed to be done. All questions and concerns answered. I loved being kept informed and received a video during the puppies flight. Everyone was so professional and awesome. My sweet little girl arrived safely. The pet nanny was great.

We are delighted as can be with our new puppy Bella! She was delivered to us in primo condition and clean, fed, watered and in fine health as far as we can tell, we just received her last night.
