The process was really easy and I was able to request weekly picture updates! The breeder even kept me updated regarding the puppy status on the day of her arrival.

I was looking for a little bit for a fur baby and all my questions got answered promptly and fully, everyone was so helpful and made sure I knew all the steps that were happening and what to expect and when, I've referred several of my friends who are looking for a fur baby themselves!!

The inconsistent having to call and check up on the puppy! I got him to vet., 12 hours of receiving him and he has an ear infection!

Words cannot explain how amazing our family’s experience was Pawrade. When we were looking for a puppy I was nervous about getting scammed. Once I read the review from others, I felt more comfortable. The text chat and emails allowed me to stay in touch and ask questions every step of the way in the adoption process. We decided to fly Ruby to expedite her travel across the country. After some welcome to the family snuggles, she settled right in. I would rate Pawrade a ten it I could and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy!

I purchased a Boston terrier from here about a year ago, buying online without meeting the puppy is a scary experience in general but they really did help make the experience a pleasant one leaving me feeling assured. My little companion is the greatest addition to my life, she is doing really good and I’m so glad I made the choice. She’s healthy and happy, that’s all we both need. She is a big Boston at about 28lbs, full of energy and plenty of love.

Our beautiful Goldendoodle puppy arrived safe and well. He is just the cutest cuddliest thing ever. He has behaved incredibly well after such long trip. He has been very playful and enjoyed his new surroundings and responded really well to his new family members. This is our very first puppy ever so we do not have any other experiences to compare but Pawrade did a great job. They were very responsive to many questions and concerns I had and explained the process really well.

My puppy arrived safe and well. I've never purchased an animal this way, let alone having one flown, but Pawrade did a great job. My only concern is in scheduling the follow-up well being appointment. With difficulties in getting non-emergency vet appointments, I wish I had a little more time to get him scheduled after his arrival. However, I think my puppy arrived faster than usual. That aside, I still give Pawrade 5 stars.

Our entire experience with Pawrade has been a joy! From the moment we laid eyes on her photo to we met her at the airport, everything has run smoothly, and without stress. The team at Pawrade has been attentive and available to answer all of our questions. Our new puppy is healthy, happy, and was clearly bred in a loving home with structure. We feel so good knowing she came from a hobby breeder, and not a puppy mill. We’re thrilled with our puppy, AND with Pawrade!
