PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

I had an amazing experience with Pawrade from start to finish. They were extremely helpful the whole time. I got a goldendoodle named Luke. The puppy is registered and legit, and there was parents' information and everything. The process was quick, smooth and easy. The puppy is an amazing addition to our humble family. We picked up at the airport, brought him home, and gave him a warm bath. The breeder reached out the morning of transport. She sent him clean, happy, and healthy. I highly recommend Pawrade, and if I get another puppy, I'd definitely go through them again. I was definitely worried at first; even after receiving the puppy, they reached out to check on how everything went. It was totally worth

Adopting a puppy is an exciting thing, but it can also seem overwhelming at times. I appreciate Pawrade guiding me every step of the way. Thank you for being so patient with me.

Outstanding service. We received a beautiful new puppy named Lee. Thank you so much!

Pawrade and all their representatives are great! Each time I reached out it was almost no time for an update! Colton is home and has already settled in, in just one nights sleep! He’s energetic, cuddly and perfectly quiet in his own way! A special thanks to Tony, Sandra and Denean for outstanding customer service!! 10/10!

There are several measures put into place to protect against any scamming. There are different steps to the process and several people involved, but all with good intent for all involved. I picked the puppy up and she traveled the 10 hours very well. Thank you.

Made my deposit 3 weeks in advance to hold my puppy. She was only 4 weeks old. When my puppy was old enough. I did a local pick up. Met up with breeder and got my new puppy. Petpay representatives kept me informed, excellent service. I would do it again.

Very friendly and personable they respond back immediately which to me deserves 5 stars for their great customer service

Good experience, would have been great except for the travel coordinator. She was useless and a poor communicator! The puppy is healthy, happy and doing well. Kudos to the breeder, they were terrific!
