PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

I really loved everything about my experience. Charlie is so sweet. The transport company was awesome. The staff is wonderful and very informative. The process was very easy. Highly recommended!

The entire process of finding and acquiring my puppy has been nothing short of spectacular. Specifically, the overall customer service and response time has been tremendous, which includes answering all of my questions - even those that may be specific for the breeder. Thanks @Eddie Rush for answering all of my questions the first time I expressed interest, and thanks at @Cindy Walter and @Lindsey Phillips throughout the entire process once Mace (aka Atlas) was reserved and until he joined his new home.

Pawrade was absolutely outstanding. I was searching for a puppy on various sites, not finding any that I completely trusted until I found Pawrade. The customer service was top notch, from my first question until I had my puppy, they always got back to me and kept me informed during the entire process, and they were all so friendly! I now have my dream puppy because of them! I HIGHLY recommend to all!

We received our puppy yesterday afternoon and she is smart, affectionate, playful, very healthy and as cute as a bug’s ear! So grateful to Pawrade for their care and attention to every detail in getting the puppy to us. The emails were informative and clear, the driver was thoughtful and well equipped with a GPS that we could follow, right down to the hour she arrived. She has a clean bill of health (from the vet visit today) and already fits into our family. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a dog and companion for years to come. Thank you.

Everyone at Pawarade was awesome. They took the time to hear what I wanted and worked to help me find just the right match. I appreciate the phone calls to make sure I understood all of the steps involved. This is one adorable puppy. Thank you for provide such great service.

I purchased a dog from this site. Four days after the purchase, I was informed the dog had a birth defect. I consulted with my vet and decided to accept the dog, so my first warning to consumers is for you to be very cautious about the quality of puppy you’re getting. The purchase experience & customer support at this company are highly detached and abysmal. You get shipped around from department to department, speaking from 1-3 individuals all within the same dept but all located in various locations across the US. And then, another dept/team will call you with absolutely no reference or understanding to what the previous team did or advised. This created a very detached and difficult to manage customer purchase experience. Has this company ever heard of the “customer journey”?? It was complicated, and it still is. I still don’t have my dog and I have received emails to-date from nine different individuals. Still, nobody can tell me what day my dog is coming or “maybe coming”! Alignment and coordination across the company does not exist. This company should redesign their customer purchase experience, and they should completely streamline and integrate various departments and teams so that the consumer has a single point of contact. Yes, the consumer purchase experience needs to be completely reengineered for this company. It resulted in this consumer (me) being frustrated and swearing never to recommend them to anyone.

I had been looking to buy a puppy for my wife for months now and after many referrals to the site from people I work with and friends. I took a chance and showed it to my wife after that everything was super simple. From requesting to reserve the puppy. To signing and going over all the forms. I especially want to thank Jodi she was beyond helpful with answering questions and helping make everything run smoothly. But breaking this down so that new buyers feel comfortable. First step was selecting your puppy which was a lot of fun the site has plenty of pics and the little ones and notes about the puppy is super helpful we wanted a high energy puppy with “Skip” we changed his name to Loki. And we got that. Payment was super simple they give step by step instructions and even offer payment plans if needed. Then came all of the prep for the puppies arrival. Pawrade makes it so simple for you they send checklist of what you need to get before and helpful training tips as well. They are so many ways to get in contact with your “agent” I don’t know what else to call her if you have any questions they give their cell number or you can interact via the messaging sight that they use. Now this is the part that I like the best and I know my wife liked a lot too. We didn’t have to pick up the puppy Loki was sent to us. And we could track him via Life360 app. Where he was and when he would be arriving. Now depending on where you are that may differ on what the delivery company does but ours gave us updates each day on top of being able to track them. So above this service is worth it and is so helpful. A couple of things I want to recommend or just side notes I guess 1 once you have a general idea of when you are getting your puppy schedule a wellness check ASAP I waited and almost didn’t get a appointment in the 72 hour window pawrade requested. Now if you can’t please contact them and they will work with you. Either way😁. 2.if you plan on crate training, the puppies are being transported in a crate so it is a huge help because they already become familiar with the crate. For Loki he was able to handle 5 hours right off the bat first night which was 5/6/2022 I am writing this review and he now sleeps all night long and it is 5/11/22. 3. Finally this goes out to Jodi who again was a huge help she gave us many good tips on how to crate train but what I found that really has helped that she recommended is dogtv I didn’t know it was a thing but it is basically white noise for the puppy it helps with sleeping anxiety and any other worries you may have. I know it may not work with every dog but it does with ours I just connected my phone to a Bluetooth speaker and put the speaker near the crate and it really did help calm him and make it easier to sleep. Also if your puppy is having issues with the crate try putting a old shirt or the current T-shirt you were wearing that day in with them. Remember they used to be with their siblings and now are alone in a crate hai bf your sent near them helps them to adapt that much better.

Very impressed with the quality of the staff and commitment at Pawrade! The communication was just fantastic, no questions were left unanswered. Definitely a great place to find your next furry one! Looking forward to my next pup :) Thank you all! Our family is so happy!
