DNA test PROVES these people SCAMMED me
WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a puppy from this website, I was convinced by the sales person and all of the brightly colored font that I would be protected from Scammy "breeders". I was told that the parents of my puppy were one thing but when she started to look different than any other dog in that breed category I got her DNA tested. I presented the DNA test as evidence that the breeder they had "vetted" was not being truthful, this is the email they sent me: On Wed, Jun 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM PetPay Support supportATpetpay.com wrote: Hi Andrea, Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not recognize any DNA testing as there is not enough data from them to be accurate. You have not been scammed as our site listed the two breeds that your puppy is mixed with. Thank you. Have a great day! What is not covered? Results of genetic testing, DNA testing. Sincerely, Joey Walsh PetPay, Inc. ------------------------------------------------------------ In response to your response, I have called several times and left sevral messages. No one has called me back. When I first called to speak with a representative before I wrote and email and finally resorted to writing a review which I dont often write negative reviews... your representative on a recorded line just said "What do you want me to do about it?" and without compassion scoffed at me. As you can see in the emai above my concerns were dismissed with a "have a good day". Your site advertised that the parents of my puppy were one thing and it turns out to be another. You can decide to not "acknowledge" DNA or any kind of science you wish its your company and your reputation. My only hope is that people who are shopping with your company and deciding to spend thousands of dollars proceed with caution. You have my phone number I have emailed you and messaged you on your portal and left you voicemails if you want to return my calls I am here to talk! I have documented everything for a full report to the BBB.

Hi Andrea and Eric. While we do not cover DNA testing nor do we believe in their accuracy, you purchased a BichPoo and by your own provided DNA evidence, you received a BichPoo (75% Poodle/ 25% Bichon Frise). Here's a quote from an article that was written on forevervets.com dated October 25, 2021, where you'll see why we do not support DNA testing, "While many dog DNA test kit manufacturers claim that their tests are 90 percent accurate or higher, some veterinarians and genetic experts aren’t ready to stamp these kits with a seal of accuracy. This is in large part due to the lack of peer-reviewed research regarding the processes used by these test kits. "Although anecdotal evidence suggests that many dog owners believe the DNA kits are generally accurate—citing the kit’s accuracy in identifying information that dog owners can confirm, such as hair color and, in some cases, breed—there isn’t verifiable third-party data to corroborate this information. This doesn’t necessarily mean that DNA test kits for your dog are a waste of money, or that they’re likely to provide wrong information, but dog owners should take results with a grain of salt and be aware that even in the best-case scenario, these tests do have the potential to be wrong." Please bear in mind that, just like humans, there is no guarantee on what percentage of mom's side and what percentage of dad's side your puppy will receive either. Pups from the same litter can vary greatly in what percentage they get from each parent and there is no way to predict or guarantee that. You received exactly the pup you chose and it was delivered happy and healthy and your tests even confirm it is a mix of the 2 breeds as advertised. We are unclear on what resolution you are looking for. Please reach out to either our support email or contact us at 888-729-8812 so that we can best determine what actions need to happen next as we are hopeful that you still love your sweet little girl and are not looking to rehome her. We are a Puppy-First company though and will assist if this is the need here. Pawrade Team
