We were so nervous about the process – a long distance breeder, pup we didn't meet, a lengthy cross-country journey with a company we hadn't vetted – but I can't stress enough how THRILLED we are with this service. The breeder was reputable as promised, the carrier service was professional & transparent, and our new baby Milo (formerly Matt) is already great with people and my mom's pup, and is settling in (and falling asleep in our laps) just perfectly. It's a bold leap, but we couldn't be happier. The customer service start to finish was excellent, and the outcome – a dream!

Pawrade was excellent to work with. Kept me informed every step of the way. Puppy arrived via pet transport. Showed no signs of stress. He is happy, healthy, and a joy to have.

Admittedly, hesitancy about Pawrade’s legitimacy didn’t kick in until after I sent my payment in for my puppy. Fortunately I discovered that the entire Pawrade team has the best interest of the pups in mind. Whew! I have my pup, in good health, verified by my local vet. Mya (formerly known as Pippie) is as sweet as can be, and already mostly potty trained. Thanks to the breeder for her care of the pups, and thanks to the Pawrade team for making the transaction smooth and seamless!

This is our second time using Pawrade this year! We loved our first pup so much we just got a second one. We adore both of our girls and had a great experience both times! I know if we ever wanted to add another member to the family we would be here again ❤️

I was on my way to pick up willow to bring her to her forever home. My car got totaled on the highway on my way to pick her up. I had a friend come get me and he took me to pick up willow. I was so excited when I first seen her. She is so loving and sweet and she is so good. She was meant for me to be her forever mama. I love her so much .

Our new goldendoodle puppy Henry arrived today and we couldn't be happier. He's such a sweet and friendly little guy and we love him. Due to the problems with the airlines and all the canceled flights, we opted to have him delivered via the ground service. They picked him up on Tuesday and we didn't get him until Sunday because of all the puppies being delivered the same way for the same reason. But the travel crew was terrific and kept us informed on their progress throughout the trip. All in all it was a great experience and now we have our Henry to enjoy.

I was happy with pawrade! I was sad that during nanny transport, my new baby did not have a good cage that I would approve to travel long distance in. She laid on a grate the whole time that was hard and had wide spaced holes in it. Looked to be very uncomfortable. I asked the driver for pictures when he stopped and let her walk around. He sent me one of her walking and one of her in her grate. I sent the photo to message we had been using and asked them to ask tyler the nanny to lay a blanket/tshirt/hoody or something down to make her comfortable. He said he would but he didn’t have anything. I didn’t want to push it with him but I do think it was unreasonable she did not have a soft bed for the 12+hour drive that I spent $1400. No one did anything about it, even though I asked nicely, and no one at the company responded to me. I realize it’s holiday weekend so that may play a part in the silence. I would like the company to repair this by taking ownership and ensuring change
