This could not have been a better experience, start to finish! Everyone I spoke with at Parade was so helpful and supportive. They stayed in constant contact throughout. They made sure I understood all the process with our puppy as the priority. On a score of 1 - 10, Pawrade gets a 15. Thank you all so much!

Customer Service: 5 stars Ease of Process/Delivery: 5 stars Puppy Health: 5 stars Puppy Listing Transparency: 1 star Overall Rating: 4 stars (Only because I really did receive a healthy and perfect pup, I wish I could give 5 stars) Am I happy with my pup? Absolutely! Good things: 1. Easy and caring delivery. The pet nanny was obviously caring about the dog's well-being and did his best to make his flight comfortable. 2. Extremely healthy puppy. The puppy arrived in fabulous condition and obviously had been socialized and well cared for. 3. Temperament as advertised. Puppy behavior was as advertised. 4. Paperwork included with puppy was as expected. I was told that the father's International Pomsky Association registration paperwork would be included in the packet and it was. I was told that the registration for the mother and purchased pup would be mailed, so I am still waiting on that. 5. Easy and smooth. I couldn't have asked for an easier experience. The only issue I had with Pawrade was the lack of transparency. I wanted a specific breed registered with its respective association, in this case, a Pomsky. Misleading Content: 1. DNA Embark Results are not shared on the website. When I inquired, I was told both parents were "cleared" with Embark, but they would not share the DNA health and breed results with me. Had I not already known about this particular puppy from Facebook groups, I would not have known about the father having 11% malamute (This was advertised as a F2 Pomsky, which would lead to the expectation his parents are both 50-50 Husky/Pomeranian.) This was actually what I was looking for so that we would get potentially a larger breed. And there was a Genetic defect on the father's side that was not shared with me through Pawrade, yet I was told that the parents were "cleared." I was very disappointed mainly about this issue. After confirmation with the vet, we decided it wasn't a concern, however this is something that should have been shared through Pawrade, especially when I inquired. 2.Parents were shown as both registered with the International Pomsky Association, however this was misleading because the Dam was in fact not yet registered. I was told that the Dam and her litter were being expedited registered (once I made it clear this was a deal breaker) and I have my doubts that the Dam would have ever been registered had I not asked, yet she was listed as registered on the website. I do not attribute this to the breeder for the listing being incorrect, I feel Pawrade assumed she was registered when she was not. I was told that the breeder was going to register the Dam and that's why the listing said registered, which even if that is true, that's extremely misleading. Registration numbers should not be hidden information when buying one of the litter puppies and doing so would prevent any potential mistakes or miscommunications in this regard. These "surprises" would not have prevented me from making a purchase and would have made my experience perfect had the company been more transparent, so I really don't understand the lack of transparency. I hope they improve in this regard, because I will not otherwise buy another puppy from them unless I was able to otherwise obtain this important information before making a purchase and putting the puppy through relocation stress. Luckily it's typically not that hard to find the puppy on other social media sites to acquire this information, however I'm sure very few owners go through that kind of trouble and I hope Pawrade can make their listings more transparent and perfect the process! If Emark links, at the very least, are shared on the website puppy listing, then I will edit this review to 5 stars.

After many failed attempts with puppyspot veterinary checks and delivery issues, we decided to try one more time to get our new fur family member. So we looked online and saw Pawrade. We didn't want to deal with airlines and what not due to our experiences with puppyspot. However our agent Regina took it a step further and found our puppy here in California! So we looked at Sandra's profile and we couldn't be happier and excited. We made travel arrangements and WITHIN ONE WEEK, we had our new fur family in our arms, activated our 30 day MetLife insurance and drove home. Sandra has been an absolute joy and we make sure to pamper her with loves, toys, preventative care and spa days! Thank you all your efforts and care.

Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi arrived at our Denver home on Saturday, July 9th at 4:30 in the morning and we were already for her❗️ Williams Carrier was the method of transport and they certainly deserve five stars! We loved our new baby (“Abbey”), from the get go — a totally wonderful, kind, sweet and glorious five month old. Pawrade gets all the credit for caring so diligently for all puppies in their care, as evidenced by the puppy we now have. Abbey is learning her commands quickly; we are giving Abbey much love (not difficult), and working hard to train her which requires patience and understanding, as with all dogs. Bruce and I know that the rewards are grand — you have a life long friend! Bruce and I cannot say enough about Pawrade — quite simply, an excellent organization run by very helpful, professional people who are eager to please and who will answer all questions truthfully and honestly. In addition, Pawrade assisted us step by step whenever any issue or question arose. They will certainly and willingly get you the puppy you’ve always wished for — they give all their puppies total love, so with Pawrade you know you are getting an incredibly special and very loving best friend. Our Abbey is truly “the best!” One last note: we have a nearly three year old rat terrier mix whose name is Daisy and for the first three days would have nothing to do with Abbey — we were so sad and wondered if things might change and on day four, things changed❗️ They now play tirelessly (truly unbelievable) and after a week are now sleeping and resting together in the same crate❗️By the way, Abbey came to us with the name of Bernadette, and although we did like it, we renamed her Abbey and it suits her perfectly❗️🐶🐾🌹🌻

Pawrade was an excellent experience to purchase a new puppy. I first found a wonderful dog and was hesitant about dishing out money until I spoke the the rep who explained the entire process thoroughly. I paid for my new dog and had him delivered through a pet concierge who sent a link which allowed me to track him to my front door. I highly recommend Pawrade for a safe transaction and a healthy happy pet.

I would have gave a 5 star rating but after delivery of a great puppy the paperwork was all wrong. Had the person that paid for the dog and delivery as the owner and not the actual owner. Microchip name was wrong and owner. Bottom line if someone buy you the dog as a gift or whatever double check there paperwork. Other than that was a great experience.

Everything was perfect... the initial discussions... purchase ... the followup ... all the ideas and new puppy info ... can't think of anything I'm not absolutely thrilled with ... I picked puppy up myself ... breeders were a young couple in rural Indiana ... no puppy mill for me ... pup is partially potty trained .. beautiful ... sweet ... stubborn and breaking hearts in my complex... everything a minature schnauzer should be
