My husband and I are so happy to have our Mini Goldendoodle in our lives. We purchased Francisca (renamed her Kasia) and the process was fairly smooth. She is a wonderfully sweet and playful puppy, and we look forward to having her part of my family for many years to come. I would have given a 5 rating but did not because I am still confused as to the breed her and dad are. It says Golden Retriever and mom Poodle on her description but vet vaccination records provided to me show mom and dad are both Mini Goldendoodles. In the end, I love her so but would love clarification and pics of both dog parents.

Great process.

I was very hesitant to use a service like this, as there have been many issues with acquiring puppies online. However, Pawrade was flawless in the whole process, and so helpful. I went to get my puppy in person, as opposed to having her delivered, as I was concerned about the legitimacy of the process. The breeder’s operation appeared to be very clean, loving, and professional. My puppy seemed very well adjusted and got a clean bill of health from the Vet when I had her checked out as soon as I got home. I’d recommend Pawrade as a great service to use.

I was very nervous about buying a puppy online. I finally saw the most adorable German Shepherd. I decided to give a call first before I pressed any buttons. I spoke with Paul the finance manager. He was so extremely helpful and kind. He made all my worries about buying a puppy online go away. After that the whole process was so easy with Renee Smith the customer service liaison. She reached out to me many times through messaging and by telephone. She was great and had so many good tips for new puppies. Renee R. the travel concierge helped to make travel arrangements for my new puppy. Harlee was transferred to us from Arkansas to Connecticut with no problems at all. She actually got here a little early. I highly recommend Pawrade. I would encourage anybody who wants to add a new puppy into their lives to use them. 🥰🐶

Pawrade made the entire process seamless. From Joseph Hess who helped me chose Phil and answered all my questions through Lindsey and Corbin who made the delivery and follow up a breeze. It was a great experience. There was also Renee who was super patient when we were coordinating having my son and daughter-in-law take delivery because the breeder was in their area. I would HIGHLY recommend Pawrade for choosing your new best friend!!

In the future I know Pawrade will be an option to find a new friend. If you are comfortable sharing your Driver's license number, then you are good to go. I didnt have mine at the moment needed, submitted other documentation for verification (I was told it was all that was needed) and it got frustrating then since it was not enough for validation even though anyone could have seen I was who I said I was.. and the phone listed on the website is never answer (I must have called like 10 times). Besides these incidents, the process is easy, they walk you through it all and remind you of the next step. Ground transportation was good. The sent a 360app link so you know exactly where they are.

This was the easiest most stress free way to find a puppy. From the searching process until he showed up at my front door. There is open communication, all my questions were answered promptly. They were extremely flexible on working with a delivery date that worked for us. The service was impeccable. Is this day and age when customer service seems to be at an all time low every member of pawrade exceeded my expectations. If your looking for a puppy, look no further than Pawrade!!!
