FOREVER customer!
I cannot say ENOUGH about my Pawrade experience! The customer service, the thorough documentation, the communication... I wish my OWN healthcare was as well provided and articulated. If I ever have a friend or family member that is interested in a puppy, I would recommend my experience with you to the moon and back. Thank you for making this experience so "pawsitively" memorable for myself and my husband.

We had a very good experience. Any questions were answered promptly and pictures were sent to us of our new furbaby.

Great experience
I loved working with everyone I talked too. Everyone was really nice and asked every question I had. And to my surprise my puppy arrived a day earlier than I expected. I’m so happy with my puppy and definitely would recommend working with pawrade!!!!

Professional and true to what is said and noted. They gave detail information and sent it immediately to me b I almost thought they were fraudulent because every thing was PERFECT! Smooth with not one bump in the road.

I saw a puppy that I fell in love with…
I saw a puppy that I fell in love with because she had exactly the same eyes that my French bulldog that had across the rainbow bridge August 2. I reserved her and paid for her and paid for and nanny air flight delivery. A week later Pawrade called and informed me that the puppy i hose had passed away a night before. Honestly I believed there would be a problem getting my $3000+ back. Today I certainly believe this is a solid company because I had the whole amount back to my CC within two days!

Very pleased
Really happy with this company and service. I first picked out a puppy and decided the breeder was a little shady so I wanted to back out but I had already paid and asked for a voucher so I could look at other pups. The service recovery here was phenomenal and everyone I spoke to were polite and customer oriented. I called them constantly impatient about my voucher, spoke to multiple people, and they all made sure to help me with whatever questions or concerns I had while being extremely patient with me. Once I had my voucher I chose an adorable corgi pup. He was 11 weeks old when I received him. He's already made friends with both my older, grumpy Maltese, and my younger excitable Golden Retriever. The delivery wait was totally worth it. I've had him for over a week now and he is seriously the cuddliest and most well behaved puppy I've ever had. He already knew the name I chose for him and was already peepad-trained!

I was very Skeptical and nervous as I…
I was very Skeptical and nervous as I usually save shelter pups but I wanted a black or black and white Shih poo and that’s not easy. I have to say it was pretty painless. They walked me thru EVERYTHING. The gentleman that drove her here from Oklahoma were awesome. She was here in a day and a half. The whole process from start to finish was done very professionally and I now am the proud owner of an all black female Shih Poo named Daisy. She’s been socialized and has a great temperament 😊❤️
