Buyer Beware!!!
Buyer Beware!!! On January 4 purchased Golden retriever puppy with breeding rights! The owner needed to wait till the 10th to vet check! Then shippers were going to drive her across from Indiana to Calif. during a massive storm! Asked to have her flown here!!! The breeder didn’t have paperwork ready for flight had to wait till the 20th ! That flight delayed and she missed connecting flight! Had to stay overnight in Chicago! When we received her had her vet checked she has a retracted Vulva will most likely need surgery can not be breed! The vet check from the breeder stated same problem! Owner sold her knowing this! I asked for a refund on breeding rights and compensation for surgery they are only willing to pay 1/2 surgery bill once preformed! Worst purchase ever!!! Find someone else to buy from !! Their payment center strung me on 2weeks promising compensation what a joke!

We always do our best to get our pups out to their new homes as safely and efficiently as possible. We scheduled ground travel that the buyer chose. Unfortunately a storm did come in that we cant control. The buyer then asked to switch to air travel that requires different paperwork from the breeders vet. The paperwork was obtained as quickly as possible and the pup was sent by air. Sadly, we can not control delays with the airline that are very common over the last year. We would never knowingly send out a pup with a known health concern without notifying the buyer and reaching a decision on how to proceed. The breeder in this case failed to notify us of the issue with the pups Vulva though it was noted on the inspection form the breeder uploaded. In this case the breeder granted breeding rights free of charge. There was absolutely no additional expense to the buyer for the breeding rights so there was nothing for the buyer to be compensated on. We made every effort to make the situation right in regards to the medical issue. The buyer proposed what they felt was a fair resolution and we agreed. We were prepared to issue the requested refund when we became aware that a credit card dispute the buyer had initiated was now in effect though the buyer stated it was withdrawn so that we could resolve this amicably. All funds related to the transaction are now controlled by the credit card company and we are unable to proceed until this is resolved when they reach a decision. We have made every effort to resolve this fairly and will continue to do so once the CC dispute is resolved.
