The first agent responded was very helpful. Then second agent took over. She wouldn’t tell me about the city and state to pick up my puppy till 6 days later. I paid full amount immediately. She then was on 4 days vacations without responding. She said that puppy will be delivered by a nanny to my door. I paid full amount for transportation. Only found out I had to pick her up at airport cargo. She was checked in at 9 AM. Her flight left at 2 PM. When I picked her up, it was 8:40 pm. I got home at 9:30 pm. She had no food or water in her tiny carrier. She was still alive and fine. But she is only 13 weeks old, 3 lb! Not good transportation.

Hey Whitney, We are sorry to hear that there seems to have been some miscommunication about travel. If you chose ground transport then it is true that the pup would be delivered directly to your door. But choosing standard air travel will always require you picking up your pup at the local airport. I can see the email with all the correct information that you replied to so I'm not sure where the disconnect was. Ultimately we are pleased to hear that you got the perfect pup for you and wish you many fun adventures to come!
