Alot to say! Not good 👀
A lot to say. Disappointing would definitely describe my experience. Happy my puppy was delivered safely that’s probably the better part of this story. However many times information wasn’t received in a timely manner. A few people I spoke with about an issue with travel arrangements was completely out of line being rude and demanding. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company. I was told things about paperwork that has yet to be received & resolved. Like my AKC paperwork wasn’t with my dogs travel documents. I will say Charlie the supervisor of resolutions was a great help. He is the only one who has been on top of fixing all the issues. I do appreciate him for doing his job. In my opinion pawrade needs to change some policies in regards to travel restrictions & not making the same mistake that happened in my situation.Departments aren’t sharing important information as they should making situations more complicated. Hopeful that this paperwork situation is resolved quickly. Update: to the response below. Yes the issues got resolved. It didn’t take away from my experience. Nor did it change my opinion about the situations that happened. The day after I last spoke to the company I had to take my dogs to the emergency vet for kennel cough. I have submitted this information to the insurance. However I had to treat all my pets for this because the puppy wasn’t fully vaccinated and there is a 10 day policy not to give shots after you get your puppy. So definitely not satisfied and NOT willing to change my review as requested!

We are truly sorry that there were some speedbumps with the adoption process for Terra. Typically our process is almost seamless as indicated by so many other reviews here. We have addressed and resolved all the issues and when we last spoke, Terra indicated that the pup was doing great and she was completely satisfied with her new furry family member. We appreciate all feedback, even when it isn't great so that we can learn and make adjustments to improve our process in the future. Your pup absolutely was fully vaccinated for its age at the time it traveled to you. Some vaccinations have to be given by the owner after they arrive as the pups meet the age requirements. We require that you wait 10 days after arrival to give new vaccines because the pup is already stressed form travel and the vaccines can have have more adverse effects than normal because of this. Also some vaccinations are optional, not required. Those vaccines are left up to the new owner and their vet to decide if it is a good idea depending on the pups and owners particular environment etc.
