May 26. Just completed my evaluation for Pawrade. Thought you were one and the same. I was skeptical at first because this was my first experience with working on something so personal to me. At each level of development you were there to address any concerns I may have had. My only issue was meeting new representatives as I asked question, implying your phone contact was rotated to the next available representative. Still generally WELL DONE! Thank you TJB

Your group makes puppy purchasing very difficult. You want things done ASAP but when it comes to correcting a situation as false advertising, you become very slow, want all types of proof and when you receive that proof you again, drag your feet. I have a sweet, active hunting dog (if you like that type of activity) that still has his dew claws (du claws) still attached. But since I haven't signed the last paper (I hope) I haven't received his well-puppy guarantee or the Met life... also advertised. Hey I'll pay to get his dew claws removed (which is now surgery due to age) but I'm still waiting for his Well Puppy Guarantee. I plan on having this little guy in my life for a long, long time, God willing and need to meet his every need.

It was wonderful! Every women employee was extremely helpful and responded right away. I love our new basset hound! I highly recommend purchasing a puppy 🐶 from Pawrade!

Working with Pawrade was efficient, my questions were answered, etc. My only complaint is that it’s states that she was microchipped and she was not. I hope they will remedy this. Update: I have been refunded the cost of microchipping. Responses were quick and issue resolved immediately. I can recommend Pawrade and Trustpilot without reservation. And I love my pup. ❤️❤️

Thank you PAWRADE for the very special experience of finding our 2 fur-babies online. Pawrade liaison-Kelly kept us updated on the process and set real expectations relative to the process. This experience was beyond the awful experience we had with Puppy Spot where they contacted us 2 days after we paid & received confirmation on the acquisition of two sisters and said that sorry only 1 sister was available. The other puppy was being sold to another party. We were heart broken and called off the entire transaction. Pawrade stands hands & shoulders above their competition. Continuous communication with updates regarding the process and instructions for the puppy's first days and weeks at home. Our pup was from a vetted certified breeder with 15+ of breeding experience. She is gorgeous and very sweet. Very happy with the end to end process!
