PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade! We found our puppy, I contacted them to begin the process of adopting and they couldn’t have been more helpful! The entire process was very smooth with good communication, clear instructions and great customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to add a precious fur baby to your family! ❤️🐶

We are almost 1 week into having our puppy from pawrade and we are very happy to have him. We were able to have him delivered to us with Wags on Wheels and they were great! Our main concern is with the breeder. It seemed like our breeder was reluctant to show us pics or videos of our puppy and we really wanted these as we were nervous purchasing a dog online with scams these days. Every time we asked for a pic it seemed difficult to obtain and we asked multiple times for videos and this was never provided, we were told our breeder had issues with their internet but that didn’t make a ton of sense to us as there were pics given to us. There was no info given to us about the breeder at all, no name, no location other than state, no real information about mom or dad, etc. We did ask for pics of mom and dad and we were given a pic of a dachshund that was a really popular image on google. In fact, if you type in, “dachshund” into a google search it’s one of the first pics to pop up. It was pretty sketchy and we were worried about this. We were a little relieved that Pawrade is anti-puppy mill and has a health guarantee but this was still very sketchy, we have yet to take our puppy to a vet Appt to confirm his health. Another issue we had but may not be Pawrade’s fault entirely is that they require you to have a vet Appt within 72 hrs of the arrival of your puppy but this date is so tentative you can’t really make an appointment. For example, we were told our puppy would be okay to leave on 6/5 if his vet Appt went well if not this date could change, and also that his departure date would be 6/5 and he could take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive which is extremely difficult to make an appointment within 3 days of the arrival when you have no clue when the puppy could arrive. This requirement should probably be more flexible, especially because our puppy came later in the week and many vets in our areas aren’t open on weekends which put us out of the 72hr range. Otherwise everyone communicated well and answered our questions, I don’t know if we would get another puppy after the sketchy-ness of the breeder we experienced but we are happy we made the choice to get our baby from Pawrade!

I cannot reccomend Pawrade enough. They were so helpful in every step of the process and continuously provided updates on our puppy. They were amazing and were so grateful they were able to connect us with the happiest little golden retriever in the world.

My puppy Paxton arrived into my life perfect and so well cared for along the journey. Thank you so very much

I had the greatest experience with this company. Tony helped me through the entire process. From trying to figure out what kind of puppy I wanted to answering my questions all in between before his arrival! Theo is the best addition to our family! I would highly recommend going through them to get your furry bestie.

Kept in touch during the whole process
