We are sorry that we were not able to get Tami her awesome pup. But her version of events here is simply not true and leaves out all the relevant facts. The pup was not sick at all. We have all of our pups get a complete head to toe exam by a USDA licensed vet before delivery. If there is any issue, no matter how small, we advise the client and document it with a pre existing condition form. Tami's pup did have a very minor, breed specific condition, that is super common with any snub nose breed. This is not a valid reason to cancel the sale and is clearly covered in the reservation agreement that Tami signed. Tami has also received all her money back. We are puzzled how she would know that the pup was sold for $1000 more to someone else. That simply is not true and we are not sure why she would make up something like that.
