PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

If you are on the fence about using Pawrade, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed! What initially sold me is their commitment to working exclusively with ethical and responsible breeders. From day one, their staff was incredibly attentive, supportive, and lightning-fast with answers. Their overall attention to detail is really what sets them apart. I was initially reluctant of using a delivery service and planned to fly to Virginia to pick up my Labrador puppy myself. However, the Pawrade team completely reassured me, promising white-glove treatment with regular stops for walks and feeding. They absolutely delivered on that promise. My puppy arrived safe, sound, and most importantly, incredibly happy and healthy. If you want total peace of mind when bringing your new companion home, Pawrade is the way to go.

Excellent process, from the beginning to the end.

Experience was great. I was updated along the way about my puppy. The only thing I wish I knew was that there were other stops along the way. I was expecting my puppy to get delivered to me the day that she left Missouri. I didn't realize there were other stops along the way. Otherwise everything was amazing. She came clean and happy and we love her so much already.

Your entire team was great. Lisa, amber, and Cindy were very helpful

The people are very helpful.

Adopting our puppy through Pawrade was a wonderful experience. Communication was great and my questions were answered quickly. The process was easy and I was updated frequently. The puppy was healthy and happy. He was crate trained and actually slept through the 1st night (except for a quick potty trip). I am extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend Pawrade.
