I received my shih tzu Nile on January 20, 2024 and when I took him to the vet. on January 22, 2024, he had ear infections in both ears. On January 24, 2024, I had to rush him to the emergency pet hospital for vomiting and diarrhea. He had parvovirus. The process for purchasing the dog was good except for those issues.

I felt my puppy breeder was well checked out. My vet declared the puppy healthy and well bred. She is beautiful, good natured, and smart. Pawrade followed along closely to make sure l was well taken care of as was my puppy, Essie. All transactions were handled well, properly and exactly as stated. I am very satisfied.

Pawrade crew was excellent in customer service and support! Always making sure I understood this process. Received my little bundle of joy and love. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Pawrade!

I bought a puppy through pawrade, and the pup is great, no complaints there. She’s healthy, happy and adjusted well. My issue is that I was NEVER given her paperwork. No registration for the kennel club and no microchip implant info. She does have a microchip but we have no idea what company it’s through or even its numbers so we can register it. It’s frustrating as we didn’t know that we needed this. We thought it would be done for us. Now finding out that it wasn’t, and my vet told me that Tennessee law states that the ownership of my very expensive puppy could be revoked, if the breeder says she is says she is her dog and shows her registration. Very frustrating.

I am so thrilled discovering Pawrade/Petpay! All personnel involved are pet parents themselves. Their #1 concern is safety of the pet, as it should be. Not only do they work for the breeders but strive towards the happiness of the buyer as well. After choosing my pet, they remained in constant communication with me. All my contacts were very friendly, caring, understanding, patient and a joy to work with. From the beginning to the end of my transaction was perfect. Believe me, they are the real deal. I am extremely happy and my little 1.9 lb. furbaby has a big smile on her face with lots of kisses. She arrived completely trained and now she’s training me. lol Thank you Pawrade/Petpay, breeder and carrier for a wonderful experience!!

This has been a great experience. Pawrade kept me informed, almost daily, after I chose my puppy until after her arrival to my home. Their team really cares that the pets are chosen from reputable breeders and transported with care and with compassionate people. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

The Puppy express carriers were great. Kept us up to date on their location and ETA at all times throughout the journey. The complaint I have is with the breeders. The puppy got to us smelling of urine and all matted up. He looks as though he hadn't been groomed for a month. With all the money we paid for him you would think they would take better care of the puppies.
