At first I was a little hesitant to get a puppy through pawrade. We looked a lot for a puppy and it was difficult to know who to trust. My initial questions were always answered quickly and kindly and they had overwhelmingly good reviews, and we found the perfect puppy. :) Pawrade has several steps you have to complete, and you get a lot of information that seems overwhelming, but it is all very thorough and organized, and is in the best interest of the breeder, the new family, and most importantly- the puppy! Our liaison, Emily, was wonderful- everyone we worked with was! Our puppy was delivered to us because the breeder doesn't live nearby, and I could tell he was handled with care. We also got a sweet care package from the breeder. Our puppy is amazing, healthy, and is already the perfect addition to our family. Thank you, Pawrade!

Enjoyed working with everyone very honest and understanding. One puppy I had to not take because of a overbite with his month. Kelly and Carley were both upfront and explain the puppy issues. I was hesitant to proceed with sites that could be potential “puppy mills”, but having difficulty to find the breed we wanted, I found this site, read reviews and also tried on our own to research as best we could. Pawrade has been with us all along the numerous steps once we chose our puppy. Warning that there is lots of informational emails and paperwork and I initially felt overwhelmed, but different contacts along the way were always available to call. We were very satisfied and overwhelmed with joy at the puppy we chose and how perfect he is!!!!

The process was so easy, from looking at beautiful pictures online to picking out my new best friend to support from Parade on precisely what to do and how to do it. I appreciate Lois, who helped me through the process. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. My puppy is healthy and adorable. I am so thankful for Pawrades' professional and educational support throughout the entire process.
