Wonderful service with great communication. The only thing I wish we had received was a little more personal information from the breeder. Something simple, like a note through Pawrade, would have added such a heartfelt touch and given us more insight into our puppy’s routine and personality. It would have been helpful to know whether any potty training had been started, what methods were used, if crate training had been introduced, and any little details about the puppy’s habits or temperament. Overall, the service was great, but that extra personal touch before we received our puppy from the breeder would have made the experience even better.

every part of the of purchasing this puppy was smooth, comforting and successful. The puppy arrived as promised, and he exceeded our expectations by a mile. We are so pleased and we are so blessed that we were able to purchase this dog. He is everything we hoped for thank you.

The whole experience has been great and simple! Questions were always answered and I loved getting updated pictures. My pup behaves so well and I feel she is advanced for her age. Amazing service!

From selecting just the right pup, location, gender, and coloring, the experience was wonderful. After reserving our pup and purchasing her, we received excellent information as to what the next steps were and were walked through them effortlessly. The breeders vet disclosed a minor defect in the pup, which is normal for the breed, as we already have this breed at home, and we signed off on it, knowing it was not life threatening or anything else. We were given a date and pick-up time, and a mutually agreed upon location to receive our pup and transfer ownership. We were given the breeders name and phone number in case changes needed to be made. Day of pick up was seamless! I was able to contact the breeder with some questions once home, just to clarify what the pup was used to for certain things and had great satisfaction. Should we want another pup in the future, we will definitly go this same route, it made everything so easy and comfortable knowing your breeders are veted and you only use those who have great reputations. Kudos to a fine organization!
