I love my puppy, she is a sweet addition to my family. My puppy concierge was helpful and got back to me as quickly as he could to answer my questions. My misgivings were caused by the cumbersome communication via their website instead of direct emails.

Hey Jacqueline, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. We are so happy that we were able to help you adopt a wonderful pup. We do use our proprietary message center for communication so that all of our staff can see the full communication and be able to help you in the hours that your concierge is off. Personal direct emails would not allow us to do that. I hope I explained that well and thank you for understanding.
