We are in love with our new puppy. We can tell the breeder is excellent. The Pawrade staff could be friendlier with their responses and ensure all steps are outlined clearly start to finish. I had to chase on a few post puppy receipt items, such as transfer of ownership and CKC registration filing. Seems when they get their money, they lose interest in quality customer service. Would have gave 5 stars had Pawrade lived up to the level of service they claim.

Had a great experience. Easy to communicate with and always had updates via email and text. Delivery was super easy and new dog is AWESOME!!!

Great communication with lots of helpful tips to make my puppy’s transition easier

Our baby arrived safe and sound with everything she needs for the first few days. The entire team at Pawrade was amazing communicating with us every step of the way. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a puppy!

I spent my entire savings in order to reserve what appeared to be, and sounded like, a super sweet and adorable puppy, BUT I ended up getting a different puppy than the one I reserved! I even paid $1,000 extra for the one I wanted b/c they described her as: “ a delightful puppy with a lovable personality who adores being held and cuddled. She thrives on running and playing in the yard with her favorite new toys. is incredibly friendly and loves everyone she meets, making her a perfect addition to any family. Her affectionate nature ensures she will quickly become a beloved member of your household. playful spirit and loving demeanor are bound to bring joy and warmth to your home.” I spent extra for that one b/c she sounded like she’d make a great ESA, however when she’s meeting new people she is shy and hesitant, doesn’t like to snuggle or cuddle, prefers to lay away from people rather than next to them, close to being COMPLETELY DISINTERESTED IN ANY HUMAN AT ALL! So NOTHING AT ALL like her description! While waiting for her to come I expressed concern that in the recent pics I’d requested she looked different than before and she actually looked more like her sister. I even requested a side by side pic prior to her arriving in order to alleviate my suspicions and conveniently this request was IGNORED and that pic was never provided. Sure enough I can compare pics of the sister to this puppy and it’s the one that cost less, that I did not want, that I got. Even my kids can notice the difference. The way this one moves when playing can be compared to the posted video and it’s clearly that other puppy! The tails are different, muzzles different, coloring/markings, mannerisms all those of the other puppy. I was swindled out of a LARGE SUM of $$$, tricked, deceived, bamboozled, hoodwinked! WHAT A SCAM!!! I will NEVER EVER purchase another dog from this site nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone else! HORRIBLE experience! Poor communication, even the type of travel option I’d selected got switched. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! It’s hard to bond with an animal that lacks ALL the traits you were seeking! It’s not like we can travel down the street and request an exchange or a refund for the switch-a-roo stunt that was pulled on us! I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED in our experience and the outcome. We were all so eager and excited for this new family member and we are all feeling let down by the outcome. So sad, we deserved to get the family member we desired and the puppy deserved to get the family it best matched with. Feels VERY much like a PYRAMID SCHEME!!!!!!!!

Always in touch. Communication was excellent. Puppy in great shape. Puppy personality was spot on. He is a snuggler which is what I wanted. Transportation was wonderful. Always answered my questions promptly. So far I am very pleased.

Communication and customer service was wonderful. Our breeder was so kind and out puppy was well taken care of.
