I initially thought the process went smoothly. Delivery did. But we now realized puppy we bought is not a full bred yorkie let alone a teacup as we were led to believe. Not all declaws remove. Vet found no embedded chip. The ‘signature’ breeder and pawrade lied saying isla was tracking to be 5 pounds fully grown. On papers no mention of isla but penny. Our first vet visit she was over 4 pounds at 3 months and vet estimates her to be 10-12 pounds. So much for a supposed teacup from parents rated at 4 pounds each. Pawrade and this ‘signature’ breeder are a fraud. Dont ever buy a pup from this ripoff site. Bottom line we love our pup which we were lied about but will never buy off pawrade again. Both them and ‘signature’ breeder offered no recourse. Beware

I loved the experience. I fell in love with our puppy on their website. They are very responsive and helpful. Donna, Reagean, and Lilly all were involved in the process and the messaging platform really helped with immediate communications. The documentation were complete and clear. I had no issues providing them to the vet and the trainers. The delivery was quick and nice. I received our puppy in front of our house. The experience could have not been any easier for first-timer. I highly recommend their services.

Pawrade made the whole experience comfortable and confident. Everything was written out and every person I either spoke with or emailed was polite, caring and courteous that my experience was very good. Obviously not everyone is going to be happy, but as far as my feelings about Pawrade, I am happy and will tell of my good fortune with them.

The whole process was stress free and informative from the very first contact. Everything was handled with complete professionalism. We were reassured throughout that the life of the puppy was of utmost importance and they worked endlessly to be sure we were receiving a healthy and happy little bundle of joy! We are more than pleased with our new little "love bug." It was the best decision ever!

We can’t recommend Pawrade highly enough! They are professional, thorough and diligent and they put the needs of the pup first. This was so helpful and confidence building. We love our healthy, happy, well socialized puppy and are very thankful for Pawrade.

It was easy and it was quick. Molly is absolutely everything we hoped for. This is our second time with Pawrade. In between we got scammed out of 1390.00 with a company on Instagram called Silver Labs Next Door. Should have stayed with the best.

Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and professional. I haven't had a puppy in many years so I asked a lot of questions. They got back to me promptly and were patient with me. I picked up from the breeder and everything went smoothly. I would recommend.
