PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

A+ all the way around. Initially bought my puppy, Luna, while overseas and Pawrade was wonderful in keeping me up to speed via email with any and everything related to my puppy. They even worked around a delivery date because of my travel! I cannot stress how wonderfully streamlined Pawrade makes this process. Special thanks to Donna, Spencer and the Pawrade delivery team to get Luna to her forever home!

The puppy arrived on time however puppy came to my possession sick. Had pneumonia in both lungs. Not sure how or where he got pneumonia. Spent 3 days in doggie ICU. He is much better now and is really a cute and smart dog

It was an easy process to locate my puppy through Pawrade which I got recommended by a staff from Pethomesonline.com which we were unable to agree on pricing. The selection of available puppies was excellent, the pricing is half what it is locally for a new puppy, and the communication/delivery is consistent, timely, and detailed. Plus, my new puppy is everything I was hoping for in a new little companion.

Pawrade has the most friendly people that are knowledgeable, helpful and patient… they are just darn nice to talk to

I was a little leery about buying a puppy online. I spoke with a couple of people that had used this method and they were both very pleased with the results. Plus with the number of purchases and good reviews we felt this was the way to go. We are pleased with both the friendliness and the service right through delivery and our puppy is perfect!

I wish there was a 4.5 star rating not to be rude there was just a few things that I found hard to deal with however, the experience overall dealing w pawrade was great. I think maybe a video on the complete process would have been good bc I found myself searching many times trying to find the answers or never getting the answers to my questions. My puppy was absolutely everything they advertised. I could be more pleased & some what expensive it was sound of mind knowing that the transaction was not a scam. My puppy is came even with her toes trimed..didn't get car sick, very acclimated to being held & if she's an abaseder for her boxer bread heeled in 3 days, all business mostly outside in a few days..just a great dog. I do feel that I should have had a bit more control in the process & puppy was missing some shots...all in all near perfect..thank you for our new baby.

Pawrade provided excellent service during the purchase of my new puppy. Clear directions were provided about the purchasing process. Representatives answered questions by phone and email. They provided any additional information that was requested. I was very uneasy about purchasing a puppy online. I am very satisfied with their service and my new puppy.

It was great working with you on adapting my puppy. Everything worked out very well.
