Communication Lacking
Communication is seriously lacking. Communications are key to successful transactions and better reviews. No return phone calls after leaving detailed voicemails. Rarely got anyone to answer a phone call. No responses to questions asked or information uploaded to customer portal. No updates related to the final puppy vet visit in order to confirm my scheduled flight to pick her up. Other than the communication issues, I love our new puppy. She gets 5 stars.
