To have my baby Gizmo home, means everything.

Was very nervous using a website and paying so much money upfront. But it was a seamless and relatively worry-free process and we received our little one about 3-4 weeks after we reserved her. When I reached out to pawrade or the travel department, they responded pretty promptly. Once she arrived, we took her to our vet rightaway and she got an absolutely clean bill of health. She's cuddly but even more so, incredibly feisty and completely oblivious to the fact that she is only 5 pounds!! She's already winning the hearts of everyone in our family, including our 2 year old Maltipoo who looks at her with both awe and affection!

This was a great service and breeders definitely took care of our girl! So fortunate!!

Terrible do not attempt to purchase a dog ever the communication level is horrible they don’t call back when you leave messages no one picks up the phone I’ve been waiting for a call back for two weeks so I decided to delete my account and you can’t even do that for some reason it blocks you and refers you call and you get nowhere all I wanted to do was adopt a puppy for my daughter and I got nowhere I gave it a 1 star I wish I could give it negative 5 stars.

I received my loving little man almost a year ago. He was and remains healthy. I love all the guarantees they offer, 1 month Metlife, the 3 year health guarantee, puppy paperwork, micro-chipped. And they do offer a selection of pups who may not have "everything" as an alternative affordable option. The process was so smooth. I even requested more pictures after making the purchase, and they quickly sent me updates and a new video. The traveling company was great as well, I love the app you get to download and watch your puppy travel your way. They send you fun updates as well. My pet concierge (the lady that helped me) was so great managing the 3rd party communication with the breader and letting me know everything I needed to do next so the the process would remain seamless. I recommend Pawrade.com often bc I looked for a trusted site for about 1 year before I made my final decision. I also, plan to get my next puppy from them in the future as well.
