We were so impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Pawrade when purchasing our sweet Frenchie. From Emily answering questions prior to sale and Donna taking over after the sale as our Puppy Concierge, to Reagean coordinating travel and Ashlae handling the health clearance, we felt guided and well supported with knowledge and kindness. The contract was thorough, and communication was excellent, and the health guarantee gave us confidence in the process. We love our little puppy so much, and she is worth every penny we paid.

This company does not do an background check on any adopter. As long as you have money, they don't care who gets the dog. This is extremely sad. Selling high energy large breed puppies to people in the 80s with health concerns.

Good overall experience. It did take some back and forth to get information such as measurements on the puppy to make sure I could order the right size of harness and bed. It would have been nice if this was provided upon the purchase. They told me they would contact the breeder and get back with me, however, I had to message and call again to get this done. Puppy was just as described. Thank you!

We received our sweet Cocoa (Mellow) this week, she is so cute and loving. She is doing great with house training. Pawrade was great with communication and helping us with getting our fur baby.

We were a little skeptical... buying a puppy online... but everything went as promised and now we have our little sweet puppy at home. They did everything as promised, were great about updating us prior to arrival and handled everything to get our puppy safely to us and in great health. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I welcomed home Mickey (aka Fidget) a Cavapoo puppy. I had an amazing experience with Pawrade. They were very communicative and let me know what I needed before welcoming him home. The delivery process was very smooth and the drivers took excellent care of Fidget. He is settling in nicely to his new home!

When we had to put my dog to sleep, I said I wasn't going to get another one right away. Then, I saw Pawrade on Facebook and started looking at dogs and was liking what I saw, even though I was still grieving for my baby boy. I looked at beabulls, English bulldogs and boxers. My husband and I decided we wanted to get a boxer because we had always loved boxers. We went back and forth for awhile on which one to get and also checked reviews to see what other people thought about Pawrade. I was happy with the reviews and how everything works with going thru Pawrade. We finally settled on Elton, who is now named Rex, a male boxer. I spoke to a few different people at Pawrade and everyone was nice and very helpful. I reserved my pup and a few weeks later he was delivered to my arms safe and healthy and cute as can be. I am very thankful to everyone at Pawrade and express puppies for getting my new baby boy home. I recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a pup and a positive experience getting a new pup.
