THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE
The buying and paying for your dog and all the legwork required on their end to seal the deal is there. Where it goes south for me is, they don't deliver the dog as it is advertised. The puppy we got wasnt actually available on the date it showed on the website. It wasnt ready to go home for another 3 weeks, then we had to wait another week for the transportation service to bring her. So it was over a month after we expected to get our dog. The second issue is they sold me my dog as a PURE BRED POODLE. It is NOT a pure bred poodle. It is a mix with something and my vet does not know exactly what with but said that 100% it is NOT a pure bred poodle. This is heartbreaking because this was a gift for my daughter who had been counting the days and seconds to get this dog and that is not what we got. I could almost immediately tell when they delivered the dog. We also got bogus vaccination papers from the breeder. Our dog was supposed to come with its first round of vaccinations however, when I took her to our vet for her new puppy evaluation, they told me that the breeder had written the name of the shots supposedly given because when you actually administer a vaccine, theres a seriel number that comes with that vaccine and it was not stamped onto the papers. This breeder did not do that. Alot of breeders do this to save a buck for themselves. The third issue was that because she was not vaccinated and put into a van for 3 days to travel to us with other dogs, our dog got some sort of parasite that we have been continuously treating since we got her. I have to say that I have had many dogs in my life, worked with mant breeders. This has been the worst experience for me. This site may have alot of cute puppies available but they do NOT vet the breeders they work with. So not all may be as bad as what we got, but just be careful because you are not guaranteed to get what they are advertising. Puppys name was Loren (INV#7988)

Sara, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your pup. On our website the "available date" is the date the pup reaches 8 weeks of age and is legal to adopt. This is the date we can begin the process for the final vet check and plan for the transportation. If the pup you choose is already 8 weeks the process can start immediately. The process typically takes a week or so as you mentioned. I apologize if this was confusing. Your pup is in fact a pure bred poodle. It is simply not possible for anyone including a vet to look at a puppy and determine if it is "purebred". Just like no one, including a doctor can look at a person and determine their race, or ethnicity with any degree of certainty. Your pup was fully vaccinated in accordance with the state that she was bred and you were provided the completely legitimate documentation with all of the lot numbers for the vaccines. It is the industry standard for professional, USDA licensed breeders to administer their own vaccines. This process is USDA approved. Some vets do not like this because it takes money out of their pockets so they try to portray is as not legitimate so they can charge you again. Please do not over vaccinate your pup, this can cause complications. It is also important to note that your pup arrived completely healthy with no issues.
