Pawrade helped guide me step-by-step through the process of adopting my beautiful Italian Greyhound, Adrienne. They kept in close touch throughout the entire process, (a few phone calls, but mostly texts): planning, pre-arival checklist, vet appointment (before receiving & 72 hrs after receiving, answering any questions, hooking me up with 30 days of insurance, post-arival checklist. The breeder of this gorgeous babe, Rich & Michelle of Fischer Link Development were amazing. In addition to Adrienne 's paperwork the breeder provided me with so many extras. They gave me with toys, Adrienne's bed, harness, a blanket, food, supplements, walked me through her food regimen, pig ears, words she knows. To my absolut amazement this beutiful Itiaian Greyhound has tolieted outside, a huge feat for the breed! At 4 months on the first day with me. she knows so many words, will wait, fetch a ball, sit, and is just the most lovable and affectionate little being. She has my heart 💯. From start to delivery communication was great. Simple, clearly explained process. They were fast to get back to my questions. Process went extremely well. Everyone was so wonderful to deal with.

This was our first experience with Parade and I must say it was seamless and flawless! We were well informed of each step in the process and were able to bring our boy home within a matter of days. We are so happy to have him and thankful for the wonderful service of Pawrade.

Pawrade made our experience a positive one! We were hesitant to buy a puppy, as we usually rescue. I wanted a small dog that I can easily handle. When we found our puppy, Pawrade answered all my questions with kindness and patience. They were very informative and helped me through the process of getting her to us from 2 states away. She arrived very clean and healthy at our doorstep! We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

I have already written about this. But, here it goes again. A 95% positive experience adopting Twinki ( renamed Kasey). What a charmer and sooo smart! One recommendation is to look for a better app than Life 360. It did not keep me up to date while Kasey was traveling to me. The drivers were very professional, even at 2:30 AM when my pup arrived. Would I choose Pawrade again? Absolutely. Thanks Joanna and Kasey💕🐾
