Paw Print GeneticsReviews of pawprintgenetics.com

The staff is always available for questions. They are knowledgeable and if they don't know, know where to send you. Wait times are short, in my experience.

This recent order is taking FOREVER to post results. The last time I used you it was very quick. What has happened?

It took 3 1/2 months to get test results due to multiple mixup on Paw Print Genetics part and requiring multiple phone calls and emails from me during this time. I purposely ordered my test the day my female was bred to ensure I would have her results by the time her litter was born. They were six weeks old by the time I got them. It is very disappointing how PPG has gone so downhill and is so disorganized.

Quick turn around.

All went.fast, easy going..with good service...

Service is great, as well as the communication. The result arrived way earlier than expected. Thanks,

Customer service was great. They helped me decide on a different test that would suit my needs better than what I originally ordered and helped get my order changed. And the test wad done ahead of schedule!

Testing was easily done and results came earlier than promised! I am so pleased! Anita Berkey
