Incredibly fast, easy service - quick delivery of swab kits from Edmonton, Alberta, when I thought they would come from the US. So, a pleasant surprise. Return pre-paid envelope to the same lab. I loved the very clear instructions accompanied by video instructions. Updates for receipt of samples so I know they arrived. Statement on when to expect results. All, very professional!!

The testing results are not very fast and the prices are a little too much.

I was confused as to what I needed for a specific test. I called to ask and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The process was easy from start to finish, and I appreciate that I can check the status of my order along the way.
